Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for software that is delivered via digital download from the our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.

Warranty

The AgentPress theme is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include third party applications, then we cannot guarantee that the theme will work. It is our policy to support the theme as best we can, and we will provide support to modified themes or instances of third party applications at our discretion or as time allows.

The CSS, XHTML PHP, design and any other elements of the AgentPress theme are released under the GPL license and are in total compliance to standards set forth by the authors of that license as well as with WordPress. Theme support will only be given to those who purchase a theme package.
