Essentially, you'll need a host to install WordPress on, and it's a pretty straightforward process in getting it installed. WordPress.org has a lot of good information on this, and will introduce you to the platform and answer the basic questions. I recommend BlueHost as a host - they're very affordable, and they have a one-click installation of WordPress through Simple Scripts that's very easy. Once WordPress is installed (and you'll need a domain to use as well of course), you upload the template, or theme, and add your content, and that's it!
